5th Street Gym

Client:

Tom Tsatas

Projects:

Print Marketing, Social Media, Web Design

Website:

5thstgym.com

My creative partnership with 5th Street Gym, a legendary boxing gym in Miami Beach known for training greats like Muhammad Ali, centered around elevating its print marketing, social media presence, and web design to reflect both its rich history and modern training environment.

Tasked with honoring the gym’s iconic legacy while helping it connect with a new generation of fighters, fitness enthusiasts, and tourists, I developed a branding-forward marketing strategy that merged old-school grit with contemporary edge. This included the design of flyers, posters, apparel graphics, and print ads that highlighted training programs, personal coaching, and special events while staying true to the gym’s no-nonsense, authentic vibe.

On the social media front, I created visually striking and strategically timed content that showcased everything from fighter spotlights and behind-the-scenes training footage to testimonials and class promotions. My approach focused on storytelling through visuals, capturing the gym’s energy, personalities, and achievements to increase engagement and grow their local and international following.

To further support their digital footprint, I led the redesign of their website to make it more user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and visually consistent with the gym’s evolving brand identity. I implemented clear navigation, integrated lead capture for memberships and training inquiries, and developed SEO-friendly content that helped the gym stand out in a crowded fitness market.

Working with 5th Street Gym was a deeply rewarding experience, allowing me to contribute to a piece of Miami Beach history while helping to modernize and scale their brand. From digital marketing to traditional print, every design decision was made with intention, to inspire, attract, and drive action from a global audience seeking a truly authentic boxing experience.

I'll always remember when I got a random call from a Craigslist post that I had made. It was from a jolly old man who was concerned about the livelihood of his business going into the pandemic. I grew up around real estate, my grandfather had been a broker all my life and I had helped him do odd jobs, flipping houses, marketing, etc. but I had never pursued selling real estate. Long story short, the Broker became a bit like a god-grandfather and great mentor. We started out fixing technical issues within the company and supporting its agents during the time with so much uncertainty in the market and the economy was up in the air while everybody was working from home and going digital!

So, I helped the company catch up to the times: revamping their web presence, social media, transitioning to new SaaS platforms; including totally transforming the recruiting department of the brokerage by recruiting over 150+ agents in just over a year through implementing a strategy of telemarketing with virtual assistants and email and text message campaign follow ups! Furthermore, I got the opportunity to get into scraping the the MLS and developing custom code to leverage lead generation strategies. This client is one of my favorite case studies.

Author's Advantage

Client:

Luis De Jesus

Projects:

Book Cover Art, Editing Consulting, Event Planning, Literary Consulting, Logo Design, Marketing, Web Design

Website:

www.AuthorsAdvantage.com

I remember getting to know Mr. De Jesus over a few occasions I visited his residence. Then one day I came to visit, his front door was wide open and he hollered for me to come in, when I approached back in his office I noticed he was transcribing something, typing with his two middle fingers (the only way he knew how), and I thought to myself WTH!? It must have been important because he kept me waiting a while before finally greeting me, he just had to finish his train of thought, or the paragraph or sentence he was typing. Well of course I was a little intrigued by the stacks of yellow pad notepaper he had before him and finally he explained the amazing story of his childhood memoir and how it was actually a piece of history, documenting the origin story of breakdancing and some very famous people that he came of age with.

So, long story short, I loved his story. I saw the opportunity and literary gold that it was, so I helped him get it edited and published and then built this brand around representing him to get the book on the market, marketing it, coordinating publicity gigs, speaking engagements, we eventually recorded an audio book and even had the book translated to a second language, it was a great run and experience. The title is named "The Kings of Dance," search it up to check out the kick-ass book cover art design! Another mentionable detail about this project that I think is cool was that I designed the logo to look like a book open creating two "A" letters to represent "Author's Advantage" with its pages.

Big Bus

Client:

Julia Conway

Projects:

Graphic Design, Outdoor Media, Web Design

Website:

bigbustours.com

Designing for Big Bus Miami was a standout opportunity to blend bold visual storytelling with large-format, high-visibility media across one of the most iconic tourist cities in the world. As part of their print advertising and outdoor media campaigns, I was tasked with creating eye-catching designs that didn’t just inform, but inspired exploration and adventure.

My work included billboard layouts, vehicle wraps, bus stop signage, brochures, and visitor map inserts, all strategically placed to capture the attention of both tourists and locals. The challenge was clear: deliver a cohesive visual identity that instantly communicated the fun, flexibility, and unforgettable experience of seeing Miami from the top deck of a Big Bus.

I leaned into bright, tropical color palettes, sleek typography, and vibrant photography that showcased Miami’s architectural beauty, beaches, and cultural landmarks. The goal was to make each asset feel like a snapshot of the journey itself, exciting, approachable, and distinctly Miami.

Every campaign was built with performance in mind, optimized for visibility and clarity whether it was viewed at 60 mph on the MacArthur Causeway or handed out at a hotel concierge desk. I worked in tandem with Big Bus’s marketing team to align promotional messaging with seasonal events, route changes, and new tour features, ensuring every piece of collateral served both form and function.

This experience sharpened my skills in large-scale design, brand consistency, and tourism-focused marketing, and gave me an even deeper appreciation for how design can elevate a visitor’s first impression of a city. Big Bus Miami wasn't just selling tickets, they were selling an experience, and I’m proud to have played a part in how that story was visually told.

Brevard Public Schools

Client:

Richard DiPatri

Projects:

Government Contracting, Flash Design, Systems Administration, Web Design & Development, Web Master

Website:

brevardschools.org

During high school, I had the unique opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking OJT (On-the-Job Training) program at Brevard Public Schools, the first of its kind in the district. I applied for the pilot internship as a sophomore at age 15, following a strong recommendation from my Web Design teacher. After completing both available web design courses at my school, my teacher recognized my potential and successfully petitioned to teach a third, advanced course tailored specifically to my skill level. This specialized class became a pivotal stepping stone in my web development and professional career.

Out of more than 400 students who applied for the internship, I was the only one selected. Initially structured as a six-month pilot program, the internship was extended multiple times due to my success. After one year, the district decided to close the program to new applicants, but they kept me on through both my junior and senior years of high school.

My web master responsibilities quickly grew to include managing the websites across the school district, a significant role for a high school student. I worked closely with school administrators, staff, and the district IT team to ensure that content was accurate, updated, and aligned with branding and accessibility standards. I gained real-world experience in web development, content management systems, digital communication, project coordination, and was formally recognized and given an award of excellence by the school board's superintendent, Richard DiPatri, who was the longest serving appointed superintendent in Florida history.

Upon graduating, I was offered an official contract with the school district, solidifying the value and impact of my work. This experience not only advanced my technical skills at an early age but also gave me insight into managing digital infrastructure at scale, building professional relationships, and navigating real-world expectations long before entering the workforce full-time.

Marketing, Web Design

cashmoney-records.com

Working with Cash Money Records was a high-energy, fast-paced creative experience that pushed me to merge branding, music culture, and cutting-edge web design for some of the label’s emerging talent.

I was brought in to design and develop promotional websites for several up-and-coming artists under the Cash Money umbrella. These sites needed to do more than just look good, they had to reflect each artist’s unique persona, engage fans, and convert traffic into streams, merch sales, and tour interest. Every project required a careful blend of visual identity, mobile-first design, and performance-optimized builds ready for major industry rollouts.

I collaborated closely with artist management, label reps, and marketing teams to create launch-ready websites that featured music video embeds, Spotify/Apple Music integrations, bio pages, and dynamic social feeds. The challenge was balancing high-impact aesthetics with user functionality, designing platforms that could grow alongside the artist as they gained traction.

Each site was built with scalability in mind. I used modular design systems and CMS integrations to allow for quick content updates and drops, whether it was a surprise single, a merch release, or a tour announcement. Visual consistency with cover art, music videos, and social branding was a major priority, helping create cohesive digital ecosystems that reinforced the artists’ image across platforms.

Advertising, Branding, Business Consulting, Marketing, PPC, Web Design and Development

Website:

contractorbust.com

Contractor Bust was launched as a response to the growing number of homeowners and investors falling victim to unlicensed, unethical, or underperforming contractors. The brand was built to empower consumers by exposing bad actors in the construction and renovation space, while promoting transparency and accountability across the industry.

The creation process began with competitive research and brand positioning. Contractor Bust was modeled after watchdog platforms like Ripoff Report, but tailored specifically to the contractor world. Simultaneously, a vetting system was designed to ensure fairness—giving accused contractors the opportunity to respond or resolve disputes.

Contractor Bust also serves as a lead-generation tool for trusted professionals, creating an incentive for good contractors to maintain their reputation. Emit Solar

Client:

Time

Project:

Branding, Digital Strategy, Domain Broker

Website:

emitsolar.com

My experience brokering and flipping this domain was a strategic exercise in digital asset investing, where branding, timing, and market awareness all came into play.

I originally acquired the domain after identifying the growing momentum behind the clean energy sector, specifically solar startups and eco-conscious DTC brands looking for premium digital real estate. The name Emit Solar had strong commercial appeal: short, brandable, and relevant to both the energy and tech spaces. It was the kind of name that could easily anchor a product line, service company, or tech-forward solar brand.

Rather than just list the domain passively, I took a proactive approach to positioning it. I created a minimalist logo, mocked up branding assets, and developed a sleek one-page site that hinted at its potential use cases—helping prospective buyers envision it as a fully realized brand. I also performed outbound outreach to solar startups, branding agencies, and green energy entrepreneurs who were actively raising capital or scaling their marketing presence.

After due time of targeted efforts, I closed a deal with a buyer who saw immediate brand alignment and value in the name. The transaction included not only the domain itself but also the brand kit I created, allowing the buyer to hit the ground running with a professional identity from day one.

This flip was a reminder of how domains, when packaged properly, can be more than just digital property. They can be turnkey assets, each carrying the potential to unlock a brand’s vision, marketing strategy, and digital footprint.

The EmitSolar.com deal sharpened my instincts around market timing, buyer psychology, and the art of value presentation, skills that continue to serve me across both web development and digital investment projects.

Gold Gage

My work with this one was a long-term domain investment play that paid off through patience, foresight, and a deep understanding of brand value in the financial and commodities space.

I originally acquired the domain over a decade ago, recognizing early on the potential of the name. GoldGage was concise, memorable, and rooted in themes of wealth, measurement, and stability, ideal for a brand in finance, precious metals, investment analytics, or even fintech. Rather than rush to sell it, I intentionally held the domain, waiting for the right market conditions and the right buyer.

Over the years, I received multiple offers, many below its perceived value, but I stayed disciplined, knowing its true worth would appreciate alongside the rising demand for credible, brandable domains in the finance and crypto sectors. During that time, I kept the domain active with clean parked pages and occasionally tested different branding concepts to gauge engagement and market fit.

Eventually, the timing aligned with a wave of new platforms emerging in the alternative investment space. I rebranded the landing page with refined messaging and visual cues to position the domain as a premium asset, complete with brand vision suggestions for an analytics tool, gold pricing app, or financial publication.

That strategy attracted the attention of a serious buyer building a data-driven platform for precious metals. The deal closed at a strong return, confirming the domain’s strategic value and validating the decision to hold rather than flip quickly.

This domain flip reaffirmed the principle that premium domains are digital real estate, scarce, valuable, and increasingly essential for authority-building in saturated industries. It also reinforced my long-term investment approach: understand the market, buy intelligently, and don’t be afraid to wait for the right moment to sell.

With an already strong reputation in the industry, Gold Coast sought to expand its digital footprint and remain competitive in a rapidly growing education marketplace. I was brought in to optimize their digital media presence and spearhead targeted SEO initiatives that would enhance online discoverability, lead generation, and enrollment conversions.

From there, I implemented on-page SEO enhancements, crafted search-optimized blog and landing page content, and restructured navigation flows to improve engagement and reduce bounce rates. The goal: Make it easier for students to find the courses they need and take action with confidence.

In tandem, I supported the brand’s digital media campaigns, developing email newsletters, graphics, and display ads that spoke directly to aspiring professionals and career changers. HI Holding Company

H.I. Holding Co.

Projects:

Brand Development, Business Development, M&A, Web Design and Development

Website:

www.hiholding.com

HI Holding Company was one of my first projects, after starting my first web design company when I was 15, One Stop Net Shop, I cold called some businesses in my local town and picked up my few first customers, a bowling alley, a hair salon, and the local Police Athletic League Organization. It was a humble beginning for just being a kid with "side-hustle business" and an unofficially registered company.

This experience gave the opportunity to start building my first portfolio which indeed helped to land a once in a lifetime chance to secure an internship working at the local School Board in the Information Technology department. Although I started as a paid intern, working part time for an on-the-job work exchange program for school credit, I was promoted to a Computer Programmer Jr. position within a couple of years. The connections I made there with older peers (the workforce was mostly almost retirement age) lead me to be in the know of how things were done, not just in the government, but how big business and corporations operate. My colleagues were all very kind and helpful.

HI Holding Company was an evolution from the natural hustle I grew up from building websites, doing affiliate marketing, and ecommerce.

Instant Rent-a-Car

Client: Christopher Palmer

Projects:

Branding, Logo Design, Web Design

Website:

www.instantrentacar.com

This project came up 8 years after my initial dealings with the ILR Group as an experiment and technicality something of a band-aid solution for challenges that had arisen within the accounting and finance side of the business. The objective was to quickly build a brand and website that mimicked the persona of the brand, but also could stand on its own as an independent business. I only had one day to complete this, nevertheless, I was able to pull it off. I admit, this is not my best work, but I was proud that I delivered a completed website that was "good enough" to satisfy the requirements and solve a bigger problem that needed to be addressed as soon as possible at the drop of a hat!

There wasn't much time for research or analysis with this one, I decided on and built the brand image then designed the logo all in just a couple of hours. Then moving to the website, I went with a simple, clean design that showcased the inventory and used call to actions that all lead to essentially the same place, making a request on an easy to use web form. This was the most feasible option for the limited time available to complete this work in a crunch. At the end of the day, I was able to source all of the required content, images and copywriting to lay out and develop a completed website, from start to finish, in just under 12 hours. It was a long day, but the reward was well worth it.

Leads Branch Marketing

Branding, Business Development, Lead Generation, Logo Design, Web Design

Website:

www.leadsbranch.com

In collaboration with my real estate colleagues I embarked on a dynamic journey to foster growth within the industry through strategic branding, business development, lead generation, distinctive ,graphics and logo designs, and a compelling web presence for all of the agents I've had the privilege of working with, in addition to developing all of the agency branding for Leads Branch to approach them.

My challenge was to build Leads Branch Marketing into a burgeoning marketing agency in the real estate niche to help the network of agents that I have built, so with recognizing the need for a brand identity that would differentiate it in a competitive market I built the concept around the idea that "money does grow on trees" and leads were the source of money for most businesses, especially agents. So I crafted a logo that would embody that vision, making a leave out of leaves, representing the individual leads of the lead gen. money tree.

I conducted comprehensive market research and analyzed the unique value proposition of Leads Branch Marketing through many strategic branding consultations with various agents, then I developed a brand identity that communicated their commitment to customer service, excellence in industry knowledge, and results-driven marketing strategies to acquire new real estate buyer and seller leads opportunities.

Police Athletic League

Alex Teixeira

Project:

Web Design

Website:

nationalpal.org

Designing the website for the Police Athletic League (PAL) was a rewarding opportunity to blend community engagement with clear, functional web design. As an organization focused on building positive relationships between law enforcement and youth through sports, mentorship, and education, PAL needed a digital platform that felt both welcoming and mission-driven.

My role was to lead the design and development of a modern, responsive website that served as a central hub for program information, event registration, volunteer sign-ups, and donor engagement. From the outset, I focused on creating an intuitive user experience that appealed to multiple audiences—parents, students, volunteers, officers, and community partners.

Working directly with PAL leadership and program coordinators, I mapped out user journeys and built a site architecture that made it easy to find relevant resources, view upcoming events, and get involved. I also integrated third-party platforms for donations, registration forms, and newsletter signups, streamlining the organization’s ability to connect with the community and manage engagement digitally.

In terms of design, I used a bright, energetic color palette combined with bold imagery that highlighted the youth programs in action. Custom icons and clear calls-to-action were strategically placed to guide visitors through the site and encourage participation. '

Accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and backend usability were top priorities. I developed the site using a CMS that enabled PAL’s team to easily update content, manage events, and share success stories—without needing a technical background.

The final product successfully captured PAL’s mission and elevated their digital presence, making it easier for them to grow their programs and connect with the community. This project reinforced my belief that thoughtful web design can be a powerful tool for grassroots organizations making a real difference.

REILY™

Joshua Jenkins

Projects:

Branding, Business Consulting, Capital Raising, M&A, Marketing, Recruiting, Web Design and Development

Website:

REILY.co

Hands down, my favorite project to-date: REILY Capital was founded as a modern real estate investment firm with a mission to disrupt traditional acquisition models through technology, transparency, and strategic partnerships. The concept began with a simple play on “REI” (real estate investing) and evolved into a multifaceted brand encompassing acquisitions, investor consulting, AI solutions, and community impact.

The creation process started with market research, platform selection, and brand development. Key tools such as InvestorLift, Privy, and PropStream were integrated to streamline lead generation and deal analysis. Simultaneously, the REILY Capital website was launched as a professional front-facing hub for buyers, sellers, and partners.

Building from core acquisitions, REILY expanded into investor relations, offering portfolio consulting, creative financing strategies, and a personalized buyer intake system. This led to the development of REILY.pro, an AI-powered platform enabling investors to define their criteria through conversation rather than forms. A companion training program, REILY Pro-Certification, was created to certify agents and real estate consultants as investor specialists.

Philanthropy was also embedded early, with the launch of the REILY Foundation, aligning the company with nonprofit partners focused on housing and education. REILY is positioned not just as a deal provider, but as a strategic partner shaping the future of real estate investing.

United Seller’s Assistance (USA) was created to bring integrity and transparency to the cash home-buying process, positioning itself as a trusted advocate for homeowners. Inspired by a "consumer protection agency" model for real estate, the brand was developed to address the widespread issue of unqualified wholesalers misleading sellers or wasting their time.

The creation process began with a strong emphasis on brand identity and positioning. USA was built to function as an educational and lead generation platform, providing resources to help homeowners understand their options and avoid predatory tactics.

The logo was a fun endeavor, resulting in a distinctive emblem representing the sun and an all seeing eye. The design integrates elements symbolizing awakening and productivity.

The site I designed serves as a hub for creative minds, featuring a seamless platform for literary publishing exploration and inspiration.
